The food tastes good, when they get it right. These people are the most incompetent morons I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They make the SAME mistakes almost every time and the only way to prevent this is to double triple check that they've taken your order correctly AND check the bag to make sure everything is even in there to begin with. To top it all off, they don't even give you the correct condiments unless you double check that too. Awful staff, awful location. This place either needs a completely new staff, management and all, or to shut down. The only reason I didn't give them a zero star rating on service is because the review software requires at least one star to publish your review.

how can you visit Sacramento and not have a Jimboy's taco?! always exactly what I expect, crispy and delicious! although, I was not a fan of the new 'modern' look inside, it felt really Del Taco-ish...give me that classic authentic Jalisco atmosphere again! my .02

Just moved to California from FL. Was excited to get some Jimboys UNFORTUNATELY 3 YOUNG GIRLS on the evening staff 2nite were too busy trying to close @6:50 p.m.(closing 9pm) & my RV couldn't fit in drive thru..hubby tried to go in & was treated like an alien for asking for hot water for my tea & said we wanted to order but that got I. The way of her mopping so we went elsewhere NOT BUYING ANYTHING!! I NOW LIVE IN THE AREA WILL NEVER GO VACK YO THIS STORE UNTIL THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT FOR A FOR ADULTS

Very disappointed in this establishment; I frequent the one over off Folsom Blvd and Sunrise; however I took 2 bites of my taco and saw a dead bug. I completely lost my appetite. I immediately went back to the restaurant and told the worker taking money, the workers were saying it’s burnt cheese with such attitude. Burnt cheese doesn’t have tiny legs. I asked for a refund and they were offended and quite rude, stating they needed to take money off total as I didn’t return all the food. I advised I returned everything I originally received and frankly after this, I wouldn’t want to eat anything from them again. I’ve never had a bad experience elsewhere.

First time @Jimboy’s. Its not traditional, its fast food style, but a pretty decent twist. Parmesan cheese on the shell genius.

The girl that rang me up was extremely nice and apologetic, which is why I didn't give the one-star review the restaurant deserved. Their website and Google Maps says it opens at 10:00am, however they don't open until 10:30am so I waited out front for 30 minutes. After waiting for Jimboy's to open I ordered a veggie burrito. After ordering they told me the beans for the burrito were still cooking and won't be ready until 11:00am. What a freaking waste of time.... They also no longer have a salsa bar.

This is the only JimBoy's I've seen that doesn't offer cilantro. How can it be Mexican food without cilantro?

Yum, yum, yum! Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back! Wish I lived closer so I could come every couple of weeks or sooner! Everything I tried was really good. And I love the salsas! I gave service 4 stars because it took awhile to get our order but I highly recommend others to call ahead and do a pick up order if they allow it.
